Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead property sales, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the real estate segment. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven sales performance, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, brokers)
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM) for seamless deal closure
Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance reports
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
