Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of residential and commercial properties, including land, plots, flats, apartments, villas, and commercial spaces. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from generating leads and consulting clients to closing deals and ensuring successful payment collection.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle the complete end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Contact and engage prospective clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their budget and preferences.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of:
- Residential Flats & Apartments
- Residential & Commercial Plots
- Agricultural & Investment Land
- Villas & Independent Houses
- Commercial Properties (Offices, Shops, Showrooms)
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, investment benefits, and legal documentation to clients.
- Convince and negotiate with clients to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits and project presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Follow up with potential clients regularly until the deal is finalized.
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, agreement execution, and registration.
- Guide clients throughout the booking and payment process until the final transaction is completed.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts, installment payments, and final payments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, bookings, and payment status in the CRM.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client-convincing abilities.
- Sound knowledge of the real estate market and property transactions.
- Good understanding of property documentation, registration, and legal processes.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and close deals independently.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or any relevant field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in selling residential and commercial properties is mandatory.
- Existing network of clients or channel partners will be an added advantage.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileStrong understanding of local real estate market trends.
- Excellent customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
