## Job Description: SEO Specialist & Digital Marketing Expert

We are looking for a data-driven **SEO Specialist & Digital Marketing Expert** to manage the online presence and search performance of our industrial and display conveyor brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all SEO activities—such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy—to increase rankings on all major search networks.

### ### Key Responsibilities

 * **Search Engine Optimization (SEO):** Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization for our specialized manufacturing and automation websites.

 * **On-Page & Technical SEO:** Optimize website copy, landing pages, and technical structures (meta tags, site speed, mobile responsiveness) for search engine marketing.

 * **Content Strategy:** Work closely with the team to create high-quality, conversion-focused content that highlights our conveyor systems and industrial solutions.

 * **Backlink Strategy:** Execute off-page SEO strategies to build high-quality backlinks and increase domain authority.

 * **Social Media Management:** Oversee our Instagram and professional social handles to drive engagement and brand awareness within the industrial sector.

 * **Analytics & Reporting:** Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives to measure ROI and identify trends.

 * **Competitor Analysis:** Research and analyze competitor advertising links and keyword strategies.

### ### Qualifications & Skills

 * **Experience:** 3+ years of proven SEO and digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or industrial manufacturing context.

 * **Technical Proficiency:** Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

 * **Tools:** In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz).

 * **CMS Knowledge:** Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

 * **Social Media:** Experience managing business profiles on Instagram, Facebook l, Google ads and LinkedIn to generate leads.

 * **Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data in actionable terms.

 1. **Organic Traffic Growth:** Measurable increase in monthly organic visitors.

 2. **Keyword Rankings:** Improving the ranking of high-intent keywords related to conveyor systems and automation.

 3. **Lead Generation:** Increasing the conversion rate of web visitors to inquiries/sales leads.

 4. **Social Engagement:** Growth in follower count and interaction rates on business handles.
