Job Description
We are hiring a Telesales Executive to promote and sell insurance products over the phone. The role involves engaging potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to pitch insurance products and handle inbound inquiries.
Explain policy details, benefits, and resolve customer queries.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred).
Experience: 0-2 years in telesales or insurance sales (freshers can apply).
