Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Spa Therapist to provide professional wellness and beauty treatments to clients. The Spa Therapist will deliver excellent guest experiences through massages, body treatments, facials, and other spa services while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer care.

  • Key Responsibilities: Perform spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, aromatherapy, and other therapies.
  • Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas in a clean and hygienic condition.
  • Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction at all times.
  • Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment histories.
  • Promote spa services, packages, and retail products.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Handle guest inquiries and appointments professionally.
  • Stay updated on spa trends, wellness techniques, and products.
