Store Operations Executive

Role Overview-

Responsible for supporting daily store operations to deliver an excellent guest experience while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities-

• Assist with food preparation, including waffle preparation, dish garnishing, and menu item assembly.
• Take customer orders and provide accurate information regarding menu offerings and promotions.
• Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and operational standards.
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store, including dining, kitchen, and surrounding areas.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing workstations.
• Prepare, organize, and replenish ingredients while ensuring sufficient stock availability.
• Handle phone and takeaway orders professionally and courteously.
• Adhere to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, stock counting, and replenishment activities.
• Participate in training programs to improve customer service, product knowledge, and operational skills.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
