Job Description

A Hostel Warden / Superwiser manages the daily operations, safety, and discipline of a residential facility, ensuring a secure environment for students.


Key Responsibilities :


  •   Administration & Supervision: Oversee daily hostel operations, including room allocation, staff management, and maintenance of facilities.
  •   Security & Safety: Ensure the safety of residents by enforcing curfew, conducting regular checks, and managing emergency situations.
  •   Student Welfare & Discipline: Act as a mentor to students, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and enforcing disciplinary actions.
  •   Maintenance & Cleanliness: Coordinate with maintenance staff for cleaning, repairs, and hygiene standards in rooms and common areas.
  •   Communication: Maintain records of attendance, student records, and act as a liaison between parents, students, and administration.
