Job Description

Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team at Magic Quill Media.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain our products and services clearly.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
  • Answer customer queries professionally.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

  • 12th Pass or above.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English is preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge and a positive attitude.
