Job Description
Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Company: CBK EV Motors Pvt. Ltd.
Location: D-240, EPIP, SITE - V, Kasna, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201308
Role Objective: We are looking for a high-energy Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our Electric Vehicle (EV) products, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Call potential customers from the provided database to introduce CBK EV Motors' range of products.
- Sales Conversion: Explain technical specifications, pricing, and benefits of our EVs to close sales or book test rides.
- Relationship Building: Follow up with interested leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective buyers.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling and monthly sales targets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
- RequirementsCommunication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [Insert Regional Language if needed].
- Persuasion: Proven ability to handle objections and convince customers.
- Product Knowledge: Quick learner who can understand and explain EV technology.
- Attitude: Goal-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
