Position - Tele calling Executive
Location - Alpha 1,Greater Noida
Positions - 2
Responsibilities :-
- Outbound Calling - To promote company projects to the prospective and interested clients using the scripts.
- Inbound Call Handling - Address incoming inquiries and process orders or appointments professionally.
- Lead Generation and Follow-up:- Convert prospect interest into sales and follow up leads.
- Database Management :- Update customer information accurately in CRM system after interactions.
- Feedback Collection :- Gather customer insights, complaints and suggestions relevant to the Project dealings.
