Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to manufacturing units, factories, workshops, and industrial clients
  • Introduce and explain CNC machines, specifications, applications, and benefits
  • Understand customer requirements related to machining, production capacity, and industry use
  • Generate and qualify leads for CNC machines and related accessories
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or plant visits for the field sales / technical team
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers for quotations and negotiations
  • Maintain accurate call records, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or sales tracker
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales support targets
  • Coordinate with technical, service, and sales teams for smooth closure
