Waiter / Steward

Job Summary:

We are seeking a courteous and efficient Waiter/Steward to deliver high-quality service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide recommendations when needed
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
• Ensure tables are clean, organised, and properly set
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues politely
• Prepare bills and process payments
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Basic numerical skills for billing
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
