HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding for the site warehouse.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for warehouse employees and site management, addressing employee relations and workplace concerns.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational standards and local labor laws.
• Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, including selection, contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and compliance monitoring.
• Facilitate training and development programs tailored to enhance warehouse workforce skills and productivity.
• Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals through effective human resource strategies.
• Analyze workforce metrics and vendor performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, master’s degree in human resource or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist in Manufacturing or in related industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employees and vendors.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
