Job Description
Job OverviewWe are looking for experienced and persuasive telecallers to handle student inquiries and drive admissions. The role involves connecting with prospective students, explaining courses, and converting leads into enrollments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding courses, fees, and admission process
- Counsel students and parents on suitable programs
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into admissions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams when required
- RequirementsProven experience as a telecaller, counselor, or similar role (education sector preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, etc.)
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Preferred SkillsExperience in education, edtech, or training institutes
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Salary & IncentivesFixed salary + performance-based incentives
