Back Office Executive

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Graduation degree (any stream, though technical or commerce backgrounds are a plus).
• Gender: Male candidates only.
• Location: Must be a local resident of Guntur.
• Communication: Strong command of English (both written and verbal) and proficiency in Telugu.
• Software Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Attitude: High energy, a strong "will to learn" technical processes, and the ability to work under project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Correspondence: Drafting professional cover letters, introduction letters for tenders, and formal emails to government authorities (RVNL, SCR, BEL, etc.).
• RITES Inspection Management: Registering cases on the RITES portal, raising inspection calls, following up on Case IDs, and resolving documentation errors/discrepancies.
• Documentation: Preparing and organizing technical submittals, tender documents, and project reports.
• Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of site expenditures, labor payments, and material tracking using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word.
• Liaison: Coordinating with site supervisors and project officials to ensure documentation aligns with ground-level progress.
