Job Description

  • Identify and generate leads for IT services such as web development, mobile apps, software solutions, and digital services
  • Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable software/IT solutions
  • Present company services, proposals, and demos to clients professionally
  • Convert leads into business by effective follow-ups and relationship building
  • Coordinate with technical teams to understand project scope, timelines, and pricing
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the IT sector
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Ensure smooth project handover to the delivery team after deal closure
  • Handle client queries and provide post-sales support when required

🔥 Bonus (What makes a strong IT BDE):Basic knowledge of technologies (Websites, Apps, Cloud, AI, etc.)

  • Understanding of client pain points and business needs
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
