Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Officer to identify potential customers, explain solar solutions, and support business growth. The candidate will work in the field to generate leads, close deals, and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities • Identify new customers and generate leads through field activities, calls, and referrals. • Explain solar products and solutions. • Conduct customer meetings and collect site details for proposals. • Coordinate with technical team for quotations, site surveys, and installation. • Follow up with customers and ensure timely closure of sales. • Maintain daily work reports and update lead tracking. • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.

Required Skills • Good communication and convincing skills • Basic knowledge/interest in solar and renewable energy • Strong negotiation and customer handling ability • Willingness to travel locally and work in the field • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure Mandatory Fields • Valid KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Account) • Bike and valid driving licence
