Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits clearly
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
