About the RoleWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our advertising team in Guntur. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling and experienced in crafting engaging designs for print and digital media. You will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for advertising campaigns, social media posts, brochures, banners, logos, and branding materials.
• Develop visual concepts in line with project requirements and client briefs.
• Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative tools.
• Work closely with copywriters and marketing teams to produce cohesive designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all communication platforms.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices in advertising design.
• Support video and motion graphics projects when required.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an ad agency or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory. Knowledge of Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva is an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and branding capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
