About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our HR team as a Non-IT HR Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are passionate about talent acquisition and want to build a career in Human Resources. You will support end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various business verticals.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine), social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate fitment
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment MIS
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms
- Support bulk hiring and campus recruitment drives when required
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Required SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu
- Basic knowledge of HR recruitment processes and talent acquisition concepts
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-driven mindset
- Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.Tech (any branch) or MBA (HR / General Management preferred)
- Experience: Freshers only (0 years); internship experience in HR is an added advantage
- Batch: 2024 or 2025 pass-outs preferred
