Job DescriptionAzizia Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and assist doctors in clinical procedures. The candidate should be capable of working independently while maintaining professional nursing standards.

• Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to OPD, IPD, and day-care patients.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain nursing records.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV infusions as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare patients for investigations and minor procedures.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
• Educate patients regarding medications and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and reception staff.
• Maintain nursing registers, stock records, and consumables.
• Respond appropriately to patient emergencies.
• Requirements GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
• Valid Nursing Council registration preferred.
• Minimum 3 year of hospital experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in Telugu.
• Basic English and computer skills.
• Ability to work in shifts when required.
