Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations while also leading and driving the performance of the business development/sales team. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, revenue growth, and seamless coordination across dements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and process improvements

Monitor key operational metrics and optimize workflows

Ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and quality benchmarks

Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and resource allocation

2. Business & Revenue Management

Lead and manage the business/sales team to achieve revenue targets

Develop strategies to drive business growth and market expansion in and around Guntur

Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and conversions

Identify new business opportunities, nerships, and revenue streams

Support key client acquisition and relationship management

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams (operations + business team)

Set KPIs, track performance, and conduct regular reviews

Ensure strong coordination between sales, operations, HR, and finance teams

Build a high-performance and accountable team culture

4. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities

Manage budgets, operational costs, and profitability

Prepare MIS reports, performance dashboards, and business insights

Analyze data to support strategic decision-making

Ensure revenue targets and cost optimization goals are met

5. Strategic Planning

Contribute to business planning and expansion strategies

Identify gaps in operations and implement scalable solutions

Align operational goals with overall business objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
• Proven experience in operations + business/sales team management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in handling P&L responsibilities is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting systems
