Sky Phygital - Relationship Manager-Sky Channel-Phygital
We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Sky Phygital - Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients, primarily focusing on the Sky Channel. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional phygital experiences and driving the success of our clients' businesses. As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., building trust and fostering long-lasting partnerships.- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, offering tailored phygital solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and integrated client experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide insightful recommendations.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the Sky Channel ecosystem.
- Manage and oversee the performance of a team of Relationship Executives, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations, showcasing our phygital offerings.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our services.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relationship management or client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of phygital strategies and their application in the banking sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proven track record of successful relationship management and client retention.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and a commitment to continuous learning.
