We are looking for an energetic Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across various industries. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through field recruitment activities while ensuring timely hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be relationship-oriented, and be willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, campus drives, placement agencies, local networks, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop relationships with colleges, training institutes, NGOs, and employment exchanges.
• Ensure candidates complete the hiring and onboarding process smoothly.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Represent the company professionally during recruitment events and field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or field hiring.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

• Willingness to travel for recruitment activities.

Preferred

• Experience in bulk hiring, campus recruitment, or vendor management.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
