Job Title: Interior Designer (2D & 3D)Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with expertise in both 2D drafting and 3D visualization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative interior design concepts, preparing technical drawings, developing realistic 3D renderings, and coordinating with clients and project teams to deliver functional and aesthetically appealing spaces.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate interior design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.
• Prepare accurate 2D drawings, including floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for client presentations.
• Produce mood boards, material palettes, furniture layouts, and design presentations.
• Select furniture, finishes, lighting, fixtures, and décor elements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors during project execution.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, design validation, and project monitoring.
• Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and material selection.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
• Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or Revit.
• Knowledge of rendering tools like V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Corona Renderer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• QualificationsBachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior design projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in turnkey interior projects.
• Knowledge of BOQs, material estimation, and vendor coordination.
