Job Description
We are looking for a 3D Visualizer to create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for real estate and construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Create 3D models and realistic renderings of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare exterior and interior visualizations based on architectural drawings.
- Develop 3D views, walkthroughs, and presentation materials.
- Use Adobe Photoshop for post-production, image enhancement, compositing, colour correction, and presentation-ready visual outputs.
- Edit and refine rendered images using Photoshop to achieve high-quality, photorealistic results.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and the design team.
- Make revisions based on project requirements and client feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality visual outputs.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as AutoCAD, Adobe, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of architectural and civil drawings.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
