Account Executive (Accounting)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, invoice processing, invoice booking, and bank entries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
• Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
• Perform invoice booking and ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Record and reconcile bank transactions and bank entries.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records and invoices.
• Assist in account reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoice and payment-related queries.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Generate basic accounting reports as required by management.
• Required SkillsProficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Experience in invoice preparation and invoice booking.
• Knowledge of bank entries and bank reconciliation.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• QualificationBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 6Month to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileGood communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible and trustworthy in handling financial records.
