Position: BUSY Accounting Software Operator

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain Purchase, Sales, Debit Note, Credit Note, and Journal vouchers in BUSY Accounting Software.
• Manage inventory records, stock adjustments, and item master creation.
• Prepare GST invoices and maintain GST-compliant accounting records.
• Generate GST reports (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, purchase registers, sales registers).
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
• Verify supplier bills and customer invoices.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain ledger accounts and reconcile customer and vendor balances.
• Handle cash book and petty cash transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors and accountants during financial audits.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and stock valuation.
• Ensure timely backup and security of accounting data.
