💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on Experience)

🕒 Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM | 2 Monthly Offs

📝 Job Overview: A-One Music & Computers is hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, billing, inventory tracking, GST-related work, and financial reporting. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records for the laptop sales and service business.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts including sales, purchases, and expenses

• Record all transactions in AlignBooks software

• Manage cash, UPI, and bank entries

• Generate invoices and maintain billing records

• Track customer payments and pending dues

• Maintain stock records of new and refurbished laptops

• Update inventory and stock movement in the system

• Coordinate with sales and service teams

• Handle GST-related entries and maintain filing records

• Coordinate with CA for compliance activities

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

• Monitor expenses and basic profitability reports

🎓 Eligibility: B.Com / Commerce Background Preferred

🛠️ Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Experience in Accounting

⚙️ Required Skills: AlignBooks (Preferred) or Similar Accounting Software, GST Knowledge, Accounting Entries, Billing, Inventory Management, MS Excel, Financial Reporting
