Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process staff payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Maintain and update employee master records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Check and respond to payroll-related emails, resolving queries as required.
  • Assist in daily financial transactions, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
  • Monitor and manage financial documentation, ensuring all records are up to date.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to streamline financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support in preparing financial reports as needed.
