Job Title: Accountant
Location: Gurugram (On-site)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience Required: 1–4 Years
Job Description:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our FMCG distribution business. The candidate should have hands-on experience in billing, GST, and basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts (sales, purchase, expenses)
- Handle daily accounting entries in Tally / Busy or similar software
- Generate invoices and e-way bills
- Manage GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliations
- Track receivables and follow up for collections
- Handle vendor payments and payables
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare basic MIS and financial reports
Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- 1–4 years of accounting experience
- Working knowledge of GST and invoicing
- Hands-on experience with Tally / Busy
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred:
- Experience in distribution / trading business
- Immediate joiner
