Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage payroll, bookkeeping, and day-to-day accounting functions. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of TDS, accounting principles, and very strong proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory requirement).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing(Indian Payroll)
• Maintain books of accounts and daily bookkeeping
• Handle TDS compliance, including calculation, deduction, and filing
• Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, and vouchers
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
• Ensure timely statutory compliance (TDS, GST, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and payroll
• Good knowledge of TDS and basic GST compliance
• Very strong command of MS Excel (must-have)
• Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally)
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience in a CA firm will be an advantage
