Job Description – Executive Accounts
Job Title: Executive – Accounts & finance
Location: Palm Spring Plaza, Golf Course Road, Gurugram
Experience Required: 2–4 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Executive – Accounts to manage daily accounting operations, reconciliations, vendor coordination, and statutory compliance activities. The candidate should have good accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in finance operations, and the ability to work efficiently within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Accounts Payable activities including invoice verification, processing, and entries
- Perform vendor/debtor reconciliation and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain daily accounting entries, revenue updates, and banking transactions
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and support routine banking activities
- Process employee reimbursements, imprest accounting, and support FnF settlement data preparation
- Ensure compliance related to GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Maintain records of fixed assets, stock reports, and financial documents
- Prepare MIS reports, provisions, variance reports, and other accounting reports
- Verify vendor bills, expense statements, and supporting documents before processing
- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and vendors for smooth accounting operations
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts & Finance operations
- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable, reconciliations, banking, GST, and TDS compliance
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP and MS Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
