Job Description: Anand Chemiceutics Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring for the position of Billing / Accounts Executive for our Gurugram location. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in billing and accounting functions, preferably from the healthcare or pharma industry. Anand Chemiceutics Pvt. Ltd. is a leading diagnostic healthcare company working closely with hospitals and diagnostic chain labs across India. We specialize in providing high-quality diagnostic equipment, reagents, and laboratory machines that support accurate and reliable testing. Roles and Responsibilities:

·      Invoice and bill generation

·      Stock management and reconciliation

·      Day-to-day accounting entries

·      Working on Tally software

·      Invoice processing and stock reconciliation

·      Ensure accurate data entry into Tally software for financial transactions.

·      Conduct stock reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.

·      Provide support in finance-related matters to ensure smooth operations.

·      Candidates must have strong knowledge of Tally mandatory) and a clear understanding of basic accounting concepts.

·      Experience in the healthcare or pharma industry will be an added advantage.
