Accounts Manager

We are in search of a Manager for our CA Firm.

Experience Required

• Knowledge of book-keeping in softwares like Tally Prime, Zoho Books and Busy.
• Working experience of Income Tax - candidate should be well versed with the latest TDS & Income Tax Laws and should have knowledge of filing TDS Returns, Income Tax Returns (Company and Non-Company) and Tax Audit Forms.
• Working experience of GST - candidate should be well versed with the GST Portal and should have experience of filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-7, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C. Should also have experience of applying for refunds and replying to GST Notices.
• Expert Command on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook required.
• Previous working experience (not older than 1 year) in a CA Firm is a MUST.

Job Description

The candidate will be expected to manage a team of approximately 8–10 junior staff members. He/She should be well-versed in software such as TallyPrime and KDK Spectrum. The role will involve reviewing and supervising the work performed by junior team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with the firm’s SOPs and quality standards. The candidate will also be responsible for directly communicating with clients through calls and emails to address and resolve queries arising in the course of day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting, and tax compliance activities.
