Accounts Receivable Officer

Company: Harish Bakers & Confectioners Pvt. Ltd. Location: Sector 35, Narsinghpur, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122004 Salary: ■25,000 – ■35,000 per month Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities • Manage customer accounts and outstanding receivables. • Generate invoices, credit notes, and account statements. • Follow up with customers for timely payment collections. • Perform customer ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies. • Prepare aging reports and collection MIS. • Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams for payment-related matters. • Ensure accurate receipt posting and documentation. • Maintain records as per company policies and accounting standards. Qualification & Experience • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. • 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Finance. • Knowledge of GST, Tally ERP, and MS Excel. • Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industry will be preferred. Skills Required • Strong communication and follow-up skills. • Good analytical and reconciliation abilities. • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
