Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Booking and Customer Management:
- Handle daily slot bookings, calls, and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Manage customer schedules and ensure timely entry and exit of teams.
- Collect payments (Cash/UPI) and maintain daily income records.
Facility and Equipment Maintenance:
- Inspect turf surface, nets, and lighting daily to ensure optimal condition.
- Maintain sports inventory including bats, balls, bibs, and pitch gear.
- Oversee daily cleaning and hygiene of the facility, washrooms, and seating area.
Operations and Business Support:
- Promote repeat bookings and assist in organizing weekend matches/tournaments.
- Manage staff and vendors for any ground repairs or technical issues.
- Handle basic customer feedback and resolve ground disputes professionally.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sports facility, retail, or hospitality management preferred.
- Basic communication skills and familiarity with WhatsApp Business and UPI payments.
- Flexible with working late evenings or weekend hours.
