Role SummaryWe are seeking an agile, forward-thinking AI Generalist to spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence across our business verticals. You will not just be a prompt engineer or a coder; you will be an internal consultant who understands business problems and deploys AI solutions to solve them. From automating supply chain logistics and formulation data analysis to scaling hyper-realistic B2B marketing assets, you will bridge the gap between AI capability and manufacturing excellence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Visual Content Automation: Build and manage AI-driven workflows for high-end product visualization, marketing collateral, and social media assets (LinkedIn/Instagram). Maintain absolute brand consistency in lighting, luxury aesthetics, and color accuracy (e.g., precise Pantone matching).
• Workflow & Operations Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement low-code/no-code AI automations (using tools like Make.com, Zapier, or custom APIs) to streamline B2B client onboarding, inquiries, and CRM updates.
• B2B Client Acquisition Systems: Set up and optimize AI-driven outbound prospecting systems to identify, target, and pitch potential private-label and export clients globally.
• Data & Formulation Management: Assist the R&D and manufacturing teams by organizing, parsing, and querying internal formulation databases, international compliance standards (FDA, GMP, ISO), and export documentation using LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) tools.
• Trend Analysis: Leverage AI-driven market research tools to track global clean beauty, skincare, and ingredient trends, providing actionable insights to our product development team.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGenerative AI Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with advanced LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and cutting-edge image/video generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway) with a strict eye for photorealism and high-end aesthetics.
• Automation & Integration: Proficiency with automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com) and connecting various software via APIs.
• Data Literacy: Ability to work with structured and unstructured data, clean datasets, and use AI to extract patterns or automate documentation.
• Business Acumen: A strong understanding of B2B dynamics, manufacturing setups, or consumer packaged goods (CPG/Cosmetics is a massive plus).
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A self-starter who doesn't wait for a manual but actively looks for manual processes within the company and proposes AI-driven solutions.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in the manufacturing, export, or cosmetic/personal care industries.
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript) for custom scripting and API integrations.
• Familiarity with international regulatory and certification frameworks.
