Job Description
We are currently expanding our sales leadership team and are seeking dynamic, performance-driven professionals for the following positions:
* Area Manager
* Agency Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales performance and achieve assigned business targets
* Recruit, train, and manage agency/channel partners
* Develop and implement local market growth strategies
* Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Lead teams to deliver consistent business performance
Eligibility Criteria:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance/financial services
* Proven experience in team handling and target achievement
* Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
