Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Assemble products and components as per company standards and work instructions.
- Operate basic machinery, tools, and equipment safely.
- Inspect materials and finished goods to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Report any defects, issues, or delays to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use protective equipment as required.
- Assist in loading/unloading materials when needed.
- Support continuous improvement, 5S, and efficiency initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
