We are hiring for Associate Sales Consultants, As a Associate Sales Consultants you will connect with clients via tele-sales, understanding their insurance needs and recommending the best solutions. Your responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and effectively explain insurance products.
- Provide tailored recommendations and build rapport with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators.
- Address inquiries and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (any specialization)
- Experience: Tele-sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, customer-focused, and goal-driven.
- Shift: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, six days a week with one weekly off.
Compensation:
Earn up to 4.20 LPA plus attractive incentives based on performance.
