Job Title: AutoCAD Drafter / AutoCAD Designer
Company: UB Steels
Location: Basai, Gurgaon
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days working

Job Overview:AutoCAD Drafters specialize in creating precise computer-aided design (CAD) drawings using AutoCAD software. They collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed 2D and 3D models of buildings, mechanical components, and machine parts based on technical specifications, sketches, and project requirements.
- Key Responsibilities & Tasks:Prepare accurate 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
- Develop 3D models and part designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical documents to create detailed designs
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and production teams
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of design files
- Conduct basic design calculations and checks for accuracy
- Assist in product development and design improvements
- Ensure timely completion of assigned design tasks
- Required Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
- Hands-on experience in SolidWorks (3D modeling & assemblies)
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and drafting standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering designs
- Qualifications: Any specialization
- Relevant experience in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of sheet metal design
- Familiarity with GD&T
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial design
