Backend Coordinator

We are hiring a NACH Executive to handle complete NACH process and related coordination. The candidate will be responsible for sending NACH mandates, ensuring timely customer completion, verifying mandate details, coordinating with banks and customers for corrections, maintaining NACH records, tracking pending cases, and updating daily status reports. The role requires strong follow-up skills, accuracy in data handling, and good communication skills. Candidate should be comfortable working on Excel and portals. Prior experience in NBFC, loan processing, or NACH handling will be preferred. The candidate must ensure zero delay and proper tracking of all NACH cases.
