Job Description
- Artisanal Bread Production
Prepare and bake a range of artisanal breads including:
- Sourdough Bread
- Focaccia
- Ciabatta
- Brioche
- Bakery & Confectionery ProductionPrepare and bake cakes, brownies, cookies, muffins, croissants, Danish pastries, and other baked products.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and portioning.
- Follow production schedules to meet daily operational requirements.
- Quality AssuranceMaintain high standards of product quality and presentation.
- Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process.
- Ensure products meet Spillhouse standards for freshness and taste.
