About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Sales team. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward suitable learning solutions through a consultative sales approach.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities Prospect Engagement Connect with prospective learners through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand learner aspirations, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Build strong relationships through effective communication and customer engagement.
- Counselling & Sales Educate prospective learners about programs, learning outcomes, mentorship models, and career opportunities.
- Assess learner requirements and recommend the most suitable learning path.
- Drive enrolments through consultative and solution-oriented sales conversations.
- Address queries and objections effectively to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Target Achievement & CRM Management Consistently follow up with prospective learners.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Manage daily sales activities and achieve assigned revenue and conversion targets.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and commitment toward business objectives.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline..
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2C Inside Sales or EdTech Sales.
- Exposure to consultative selling methodologies.
- Experience handling high-value product or service sales.
- Prior experience in counselling or learner engagement will be an added advantage.
