Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive at Focus Auto Designworks Pvt. Ltd. (IDE Commercial), Gurugram — a design-led B2B branding company with 13 years of operating history and clients including Uber, Rapido, DMRC, Tata Power, Servotech, Lubi, Waree, Vaaan Infra.
You will identify and reach out to companies across three business verticals:
• Fleet Branding — logistics operators, cab aggregators, delivery startups, corporate fleets (vehicle wraps, livery design, pan-India installation)
• EV Charger Branding — EV charging networks, energy companies, CPOs (vinyl wraps and branding for charger units and kiosks) • Industrial Decals & Signage — factories, warehouses, infrastructure companies (safety decals, equipment marking, facility branding)
Responsibilities: Prospecting and cold outreach to B2B clients | Building and maintaining a client database | Following up on leads and supporting proposal closures | Coordinating with internal design and production teams on client requirements
Requirements: 1–3 years in B2B sales or business development | Good communication in Hindi and working English | Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp outreach, and email | Based in Delhi NCR | Willing to travel for client meetings in NCR
