Job Description: Sales & Business Development Executive (Laundry Services)
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for a go-getter who enjoys being on the field, building relationships from scratch, and managing the full client lifecycle—from the first "hello" to ensuring timely payments.
### Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, your primary goal is to expand our footprint by acquiring new B2B and B2C clients (such as hotels, gyms, PG hostels, and residential complexes). You won't just be closing deals; you will be the face of the brand, ensuring that our service standards are met and our accounts are settled.
### Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and visit potential commercial and residential clients to pitch our laundry and dry-cleaning services.
- Client Acquisition: Convert leads into active customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored packages.
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with onboarded clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Payment Collection: Take full ownership of the billing cycle, including delivering invoices and collecting payments/cheques on time.
- Market Feedback: Keep track of competitor activity and provide feedback to the management team to help improve our service offerings.
- Marketing Activities: Should be able to perform below the line marketing activities like canopy, leafleting, RWA connect etc.
### Salary & Incentive Structure

Fixed Monthly Salary
₹18,000
New Client Incentive
₹1,000 per onboarded customer 1st
billing cycle complete.
Retention Bonus
₹1,000 additional bonus for every new client who
completes 3 continuous months of service.
Example: If you bring in 5 new clients in Month 1 and they complete payment, you earn an extra ₹5,000. If those same 5 clients continue using our services for 3 months, you receive an additional ₹5,000 at the end of that period.
### Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Prior experience in field sales, FMCG, or service-based industries is a plus.
- Communication: Fluent in the local language; ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for daily field visits.
- Integrity: High level of honesty and responsibility, especially regarding payment collections and customer linens.
- Persistence: A "never-give-up" attitude toward meeting daily targets and following up with leads.
- 6 days working: One day will be the weekly off.
- Timing – Morning reporting time will be 10 am.
