🚀 We're Hiring — Business Development Executive

📍 Gurugram, India (In-Office) | Full-Time

TrackExhibits is on a mission to become the go-to exhibition partner for Indian companies going global. We build world-class exhibition booths and manage end-to-end stall fabrication for companies exhibiting internationally — and we're growing fast.


We need a sharp, driven Business Development Manager to help us build our international client pipeline and close deals that put Indian companies on the global stage.

→ Identify and prospect Indian companies planning to exhibit at international trade shows

→ Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and industry events

→ Build and manage a pipeline of exhibition clients across sectors

→ Pitch TrackExhibits' services and close deals end-to-end

→ Develop relationships with exhibition organizers, freight companies, and industry partners

→ Work closely with the design and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding


→ 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing

→ Prior experience in the exhibitions, events, or related industry is a strong plus

→ Excellent communication skills — English and Hindi

→ Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting

→ Self-starter who can work independently and hit targets

→ Hunger to grow in a fast-moving, international environment→ Track outreach activity and report on pipeline progress weekly.
