Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Business Development Associate / Field Executive

Location: Work from Office + Field Work

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and confident candidates to join our growing team. This role involves both office work and field work. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with PG (Paying Guest) owners, building strong relationships, and onboarding them onto our platform/team.

Key Responsibilities

Visit and connect with PG owners in assigned areas

Explain our services and business model to PG owners

Build and maintain strong professional relationships

Convince and enroll PG owners to join our network/platform

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding

Work closely with a dedicated team to achieve targets

Maintain daily reports of meetings and progress

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills

Comfortable with both office and field work

Confident in meeting and talking to new people

Team player with a positive attitude

Basic knowledge of sales/business development is a plus

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
