Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Real Estate) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, contacting prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, arranging site visits, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, digital platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Contact prospective buyers and investors to understand their property requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and available inventory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree must.
- MBA degree(Preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or tele-sales.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Experience with CRM software and lead management tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
Preferred Skills
- Real estate sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of local property markets.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
